Mini Gigant GS 210

The Mini Gigant was a Swiss built mini-excavator from the 1980's which was offered with a Honda petrol engine, electric motor or a Kubota diesel. It could be purchased with a range of attachments including a clamshell bucket and a breaker.

The Mini Gigant appears to have been quite a well built machine which would account for it's weight of 670KG.

Mini Gigant and Rigling Midget Micro

The picture above was taken at a trade show some time in the 1980's and shows a GS210 in the background with a smaller machine in the foreground. This little machine is a Rigling Midget Micro.
